Andrew and Michele saw a "For Sale" sign outside an 85ft high 1938 art deco district council water tower in Cheshire go up at 8.30 one morning. By 9.15am they’d made an offer and sealed the deal. It proved an almighty challenge to fit over 20 windows and build new floors to make this cavernous, echoing water tank into a dream home. The transformation was in part made possible due to the addition of Automist technology which meant it was possible to easily retrofit fire protection in this magnificent building.
