Is there a third-party accreditation scheme for Automist installers?
We have created an authorisation scheme for our installers under the umbrella of our ISO 9001 accreditation for the design, manufacture and supply of water mist fire suppression systems and installer support. Each year, our Authorised Reseller Installers (ARIs) are required to undertake a rigorous audit as part of its policy of continual improvement and commitment to providing excellent service. In addition, each individual installer is required to complete Plumis’ learning management modules, which are designed to provide Plumis with a ‘golden thread’ of data about the skills and competency of each installer. We investigate complaints against our network of installers and remove organisations breaching our rules or not meeting our expected standards.
