WINNERS OF AUTHORISED INSTALLER BEST PRACTICE AWARDS 2021 ANNOUNCED
Last week at our ARI Awards we were delighted to shine a spotlight on some of the fantastic projects delivered by our installers and give recognition for their superb efforts over the past twelve months.
The winners in each category are as follows:
The Business Development Award was won by Mistek who have shown continued growth and have impressed with their performance in this area.
Having consistently received 5 star reviews and excellent feedback from customers, Blue Light Safety picked up the award for Best Customer Service.
A new category for this year, the Best Fire Engineered Solution was awarded to Imperial Plumbing and Heating for their unique implementation of Automist at Westgate House.
International ARI of the Year went to Dreamis, who have been flying the flag for us in China, with some impressive exhibition stands and plans for a permanent demo in a shopping mall.
Fire Mist were named New ARI of the Year as they have shown tenacity and ingenuity to win a number of great projects. Their commitment to the delivering the highest level of workmanship and attention to detail on installations has been outstanding.
Project of the Year Category Winners
This year’s projects illustrated the versatility of Automist and the variety of applications that it is suitable for, as well as the exceptional level of skill and flexibility of our installers.
Best Private Residential Single Property Project – Eurotec Safety Services
Awarded for a cutting edge new build in County Down, the team at Eurotec managed a flawless finish installing sprayheads in a stone wall and designer wood panelling.
Best Private Residential Single Property Project – Blue Light Safety
Blue Light Safety were selected for their ongoing work with a national housebuilder. So far they have completed 108 installations, with another 142 in progress.
Best Heritage Project – Fire Mist
Fire Mist were recognised for their work at Lychgate Cottage, in Priory Row, Coventry. They successfully overcame several tricky challenges due to the 15th century building’s layout and age.
Best Leisure Project – BCK Fire Sprinklers
The award went to BCK for their West Midlands Safari Park project. Automist was selected to protect a number of thatched lodges at the park, the install achieved this without distracting from the lodge’s distinct character.
Best Social Housing Project – M C Fire Protection
Recently shortlisted in the Security and Fire Excellence Awards for their Swindon Borough Council and Walls & Futures projects, these installs highlight why a growing number of social landlords are selecting Automist to protect residents with complex needs, helping them to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
Best Care Home Project – Mistek
The award went to Mistek who worked jointly with Plumis on a sheltered housing scheme in Dartford, Kent managed by Orbit. Their invaluable assistance helped ensure a complex project got over the line.
Best Specialist Project – Mistek
Awarded for their Comber House Hidden Homes project, Mistek worked with a leading main contractor, to rapidly install 6 pumps and 30 heads within four days.
Special mention
Of course, as well as highlighting these notable projects, we’d also like to take the opportunity to once again say a special thank you all of our installers for their outstanding work and commitment this year. It’s a privilege to work with such an exceptional and dedicated team.
