ACCREDITED INSTALLER BEST PRACTICE AWARD WINNERS REVEALED

At our annual Accredited Reseller Installer (ARI) meeting last week, we were delighted to recognise and reward some of the great projects our installers have delivered over the last year.

The Business Development Award was won by Mistek for their impressive sales growth during a very challenging year.

Blue Light who consistently receive five-star reviews for their excellent service, won the award for Best Customer Service.

BCK picked up the award for Technical Services, for a large and complex domestic installation which included 16 heads and 3 pumps and covered 4 floors.

The International ARI of the Year Award went to Dreamis, our ARI in China. Glo Products in South Africa also got an honourable mention.

The Project of the Year categories illustrate the range of applications Automist is suitable for and the skill and flexibility of our installers.

The Heritage Project of the Year Award went to Vapourmist for their installation at West Horsley Place, which has also been shortlisted for Fire Project of the Year at Security and Fire Excellence Awards.

Eurotec picked up the Leisure Project Award for a unique hotel installation in Dublin.

The award for Best Social Housing Project was won jointly by Mistek, Bluelight and Trail for their work installing Automist into sheltered housing schemes in Lambeth.

Mistek also picked up the award for Care Project of the Year, for their quick and efficient installation at an assisted living project in Stockport.

The Specialist Project Award went to MCFP for their work at the Colnbrook Museum.

Winners in each of the above categories were then put forward for the overall Project of the Year which went to Mistek, Bluelight and Trail for the Lambeth project.

Whilst it is great to recognise some of the more notable projects, the online gathering also gave us the opportunity to thank all our installers for their great work during a challenging year.
