COVID-19 Update

On 11th May, the government released updated guidance (Government guidance on working safely during COVID-19) for people working in, visiting, or delivering to other people’s homes.

Following the release of these guidelines, we have undertaken a detailed risk assessment (COVID-19 service and installation risk assessment) and produced guidelines for working safely during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We appreciate that some customers will opt to postpone installation until a later date, but would like to reassure customers that we can now undertake work in homes or on construction sites and that procedures are in place to minimise any risk during installation or maintenance visits.

As always, the safety of our customers, installers and staff is of paramount importance to us.
